Gestion de l'organisation territoriale
(Master pmp 2011, 2ème annèe)
Contenu : Les pays diffèrent en ce qui concerne leur organisation territoriale. Dans ce cours nous nous occupons de différentes formes de décentralisation territoriale. Nous traitons aussi bien la question de la répartition des tâches et des aspects de la péréquation financière entre les entités politiques que l’organisation des processus démocratiques. Un accent est aussi mis sur des développements émergeants comme l’intensification de la collaboration, le nouveau régionalisme et les projets d’agglomérations.
